I got a really bad case of stiff neck now because I stupidly raced the 8th floor of the clinic building to get on time (my pedia was already waiting that time), carrying my 9months at 9 kilos son in less than 2 minutes!
And now, because of that unbelievable feat (it's adrenalin I guess), I think I pulled my shoulder muscles and veins (hence, the stiff neck). But the good thing about that, is that I knew my heart's doing good!
