In times of crisis, getting sick is a big no-no. This is a definite fact and something that at times, a teaser. Taunting us to illnesses when we can't afford it. So, at times, we make better ways to relieving aches and pains in our body through alternative medicine.
Alternative medicine are cheap and most often than not, effective. How else did our ancestors survived? Long ago, a lot of medicinal plants were used to prevent or even cure an illness. And, it is a fact. Why not try it this time?
I found a site that's extensive in their attempt to provide information on alternative healing. But, even if it's that, I still cannot find the proper name of a medicinal plant we so often used when there's 'panuhot'. I've searched the net for it but all they came up with was a place in Africa. Okay, I'm looking for the proper name of GABON. So, I'm depending on this site to help me answer my q. Well, if you know it, then comment please. Hubby told me I have it in one of the books here but I couldn't find it. So, I just emailed the author of the site with this dilemma. Hopefully in a couple of days, I would know the answer.
