Don't just take a shower - feel into and receive pleasure from the water on your skin. Don't just walk on the street - enjoy the fragrances of the trees and the flowers on your way. Don't just drive your car - sing karaoke to your favorite radio station.
Ok. That's the message I got from FB. I guess it means slow down and take note of the pleasures each new day brings. Don't focus on the bad stuff but on the fact that I have every opportunity to make it better. Hmmm...Good one.
