Noticing Habits and Hospital Bill

Sometimes, when I get so worked up with something, I would have preferred to go to the mall and let it out by impulse buying, not that I impulsively buy anything since 1) I don't have that budget and 2) I don't have that budget.  But I do get my fix by buying cheaper ones (maybe that's why I have so many pens).

Then another thing I noticed about myself when I am in one of my fixation mode is that I tend to clean up mess.  Well, it's quite a good therapy when you're pissed, too much adrenaline to good use.  If I can't run my frustrations, I clean.

Now, I'm in one of my modes.  Instead of cleaning other household stuff, I'm cleaning this blog.  You can say I'm deleting some posts that's not that essential to me. Although at times I wanted to begin a clean slate, it's some years worth of posts, and at this rate, I've already reach some thousands of words.  So, deleting the posts entirely is not an option even if I do feel like just deleting.

What made me get into this mode?  A HUGE hospital bill.

Imagine my shock when the total gross of the bill shoot up to $18K.  And even with the adjustments and deductions, it was still nearly $5000. Here in US, getting sick IS a NO-NO.  If you were in my shoe, I think you'll also get into my mode.
